We are the corporate training arm of the recognized brand- Better Career Management established in the heart of the city since 1996. We are a passion-driven Training & consultancy firm established since 2007 that works on the principle of ‘Result Focused Learning’.
We have trained over 1,00,000 people across India’s leading corporates, academic institutions and individuals on various aspects of behavior and soft skills training as well as various English language modules certified by University of Cambridge, UK. About Founder & CEO
Nisha is an Award-winning leader & an entrepreneur with 15+ years in leading multinationals, Government associations, media & start-ups in India. She is a Cambridge University, UK certified trainer, a Corporate Communication & Advertising certification holder, an MBA by education and a Communicator by passion. She has a wide array of experience in Corporate Training, Communications, Strategy & Consulting, Business development, Public Affairs, Branding, and Marketing Communication. The last two employers she worked for were L&T Infotech and Godrej Group, Pune.
She is very active across the Education ecosystem in Gujarat & is a member of various forums, where she is involved in mentoring start-ups & nurturing entrepreneurship. In addition to consulting, she is also on the advisory board of a few ventures helping accelerate their journey to commercial success. She has been a strategic consultant for branding, promotion& innovation to Hon Member of Parliamen.
She is an organization builder & a strong leader, known for starting up & scaling businesses through vision, intuition, technology & know-how.
